Tasting note:

Strong red color. Before swirling, a nose with ripe red fruits and fresh wood. On swirling, notes of truffles and sweet cinnamon complete the first nose. The attack is surprisingly soft and sweet. Flavors of macerated fruit and notes of toast with fruit jam fill the palate. The finish is gentle, with hints of toast. This sensation is strengthened by the noticeable presence of granular tannins. Ideal serving temperature is 15-17°C.
