Article 7.The Restriction to Children

In compliance with the PRC law, ASC will not sell, give, trade or distribute any alcoholic beverage to minors under 18 years of age.

Article 8.The Settlement of the disputes

Any disputes related to this agreement should be solved though consultations. In case no agreement is reached, either of the parties in entitled to lodge a lawsuit to the People’s Court of Huangpu District in Shanghai.

These terms are written in both Chinese and English. In case of any inconsistency or conflict between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the PRC.
