As for the condition of damaged goods on arrival during the delivery process, the customer should fill the damage information on the receiving notes, thus ASC can get the compensation from the Delivery Company according to the insurance terms. When informed, ASC will exchange the damaged goods after confirmation. Otherwise, if the customer could not provide the written receiving notes with the damage information, ASC will not be able to exchange the damaged goods.

ASC agrees to replace those products with quality problems, which are not caused by customers’ carelessness (including but not limited to improper storage).
