After the goods of the order arrived in the customer place, the customer needs to check the delivered goods carefully via the delivery form. If any discrepancies found such as wrong product and damaged etc and the customer can’t accept them, the customer need to reject the goods and notice the discrepancies clearly on the delivery form, ASC will complement the rejected goods to the customer based on the designed delivery form.

ASC will not take any responsibility to the customer’s complementarities or exchange if the signed delivery form doesn’t show up the discrepancies.
