Tips: Quick search by entering the “Code Number” in this box
n Using the Search Wine Box:
You may also search the wine you want by selecting the entries in this box. Then use the “Prince↑” (price increasing) and “Price↓” (price decreasing) selection to rank the search results.
Ø Buy
n Select the item you desire by clicking on “Put into cart”. Change the quantity by typing a number in the “number” column”. Continue shopping by clicking on “Go Back” or pay for your order by clicking on “Check out”.
Ø Minimum Order Value
n ￥500 within the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Shenzhen
n ￥1000 for other cities in China

As for the condition of damaged goods on arrival during the delivery process, the customer should fill the damage information on the receiving notes, thus ASC can get the compensation from the Delivery Company according to the insurance terms. When informed, ASC will exchange the damaged goods after confirmation. Otherwise, if the customer could not provide the written receiving notes with the damage information, ASC will not be able to exchange the damaged goods.
ASC agrees to replace those products with quality problems, which are not caused by customers’ carelessness (including but not limited to improper storage by the customer).

Ø Foreign credit card payment process
n After you have successfully placed an order, you will see the following screen. Click on “ChinaPay” icon then click on “Pay Now”.
n Now you are connected to the ChinaPay website payment page. Click on “Credit Card”.
n Select “Visa” or “Master”, than read the dialogue box and then click on “Yes” if you accept. You will be linked to the Visa payment page then and everything will be in English. Please follow the instruction and finish the payment process.
n Why am I seeing this?
This is saying that “The order status denies the transaction, because the order number is already existed”.
Once you have chosen a card type, your order number will be considered “processed”. If you have stopped the process before completing it, the payment system will mark this payment transaction (order number) as “unsuccessful” and you will NOT be able to pay for the same order again.
So now you would have to go back to ASC website and place another order and get a new order number to start a new transaction.
n How to pay for an existing order?
To pay for an order you have previously placed, please login and then go to “My Account”。
When you are in “My account”, please click on “Order Record” and then click “Pay Now” for the order you of your choice. You shall them be on the payment page and would be able to process payment.

Delivery schedule:
10:00-12:00 or 15:00-18:00, depending on the address // No delivery on Sundays!
For orders received before 16:30 from Monday to Friday except public holidays, delivery can be arranged on the following day.
(Example: Placing an order at 16:00 on Friday afternoon, the earliest you may receive your order is 10:00 on Saturday morning)
For orders received after 16:30 on working days, delivery can be arranged on the day after the following day.
(Example: Placing an order at 16:45 on Friday afternoon, the earliest you may receive your order is 10:00 on Monday morning)
For orders received during public holidays, delivery can be arranged on the day after the first following working day.
(Example: Placing an order on Saturday or Sunday, the earliest you may receive your order is 10:00 on Tuesday morning)
n Other cities in China:
Depending on the cities you are in, delivery might take 2-14 days. Please wait for our sales representatives to confirm with your after receiving your order.
Delivery to some rural areas might not be available.
